Am I fit to swim?

During the booking process we do ask you to complete a Health Declaration. SwimTrek Guides are first aid trained, however due to the nature of operating in open water, medical facilities are not always easily accessible. Conditions in open water can change quickly, and our trips can be physically challenging. We ask guests to complete a health declaration a copy of which can be found here
